Possibly, the worst company I've had to deal with in 44 years

Im coming to complain here as I am hopeless after Marcelino Snow just ghosted us. I do get the feeling we will get the generic reply here about our matter being escalated, without it really happening. It started with a major water leak that we picked up on beginning of February. 1st for Women's contractor did a gas detection test and dug up paving, without any success. Then, they tested again but 1st for Women wanted us to open another claim (another R2250 btw) to dig somewhere else. So they came, messed up our paving, fixed nothing and wanted us to pay again. After threatening with going to the Ombudsman, Marcelino Snow made contact and said its ok, he will make sure it gets sorted without registering a 2nd claim. Since then, the contractors has dug two large holes in our lawn and still no leak was fixed. Marcelino has been ignoring us the last two weeks, and we know that he was not on leave. He just chose to ignore us. It is now more than 1.5 months since we registered the claim, and all we have now is a MAJOR hole in our paving, messed up lawn, a 5 liter per 30 minutes leak, AND out of R2 250. And according to 1st for women, the claim has been finalized. 1st for women is bad, really bad. I will not recommend them to anyone.
