Poorest Insurer
I honestly do not recommend First Women Insurance. In 2013 my car got damaged from the ********** hail that we experienced in PTA, around the month of October/November 2013.
I called in to claim and a result only my windscreen was fixed. I waited for months to receive a call on where to send my car for an assessment, it never happened until I reported this on Hello Peter.

A consultant from FFW called and offered me 50% discount on my Access. We made arrangements and on the day when I wanted to inform him about taking my car for repairs, he was unavailable and nobody knew nothing about the 50% discount because it was not captured on the system.
My other biggest issue with FFW is their habit of increasing my premiums by R200 even when I DID NOT CLAIM FOR ANYTHING. How do I go from paying something around R600 to R900 in such a short period of time?
This is what I want from you FFW:

1. Fix my car
2. As of March 1st, 2016, deactivate my account with you guys because I have received the best offer elsewhere where I will not be paying for Access and they are R400 more cheaper.

Enough is Enough!!
