poor..bad service..unsatisfied...

I am very very dissapointed in the service of first for woman i would not tell anyone to join..my vehicle was in an accident on the 4th of october and the driver was registered on the policy as a driver..but i am still the regular driver the accident happened at the risk address area..now they do not want to pay out because the regular drivers address and details was not stated..i am the regular driver and the other driver was onmy policy..the accident happened on the road the vehicle rolled..only one vehicle was involved...how can this be reasons for rejecting the claim..the vehicle was not ******..no third parties...the person driving the vehicle was covered..
