Poor & unprofessional staff from 1st for women

I'm so much disappointed in your company, my mother in law called me crying that she spoke to Zanele Nhleko but she couldn't get any help, she said the attitude was very bad. I called Zanele and expirience the same bad attitude, she even dropped the phone while I was still talking . My mother in law put a claim of her house hold contents then Zanele told her that her address is far from their technician, she told my mother inlaw that she will have to transport the damaged items to the nearest technicians for assessment. For me it's very unprofessional because all this insurance they come in our houses to inspect the damaged items.
