Poor Services & False Information

My name is Dineo Sishi Claim number : FFWAN102203 I logged a claim for my damanged tyres with FFW tyre and RIM insurance. I was told to go to tiger wheels or Suoer quick for test and quotation. I did that and submitted all the information that was requested , my claim was processed by Portia Simelane. After several encounters of me following up on the claim, as they did not even communicate with me regarding the claim, Portia called me on the 18th September 2018, to tell me that my claim was rejected .

I asked for the rejection reasons and she told me that, if the claim is above their limit then they dont cover the claim. She claimed that it is there on my policy, I went through my policy and that disclaimer is not even there. I sent her emails regarding the matter, but no response from her... they are rendering a poor service to their clients, we must always call to follow up.

I also sent a copy of the policy, and showed her, that what she claims is not on the contract.

I just hope I will be assisted further......

The limit provided is less than what the tyre cost, I thought they will pay what they cover and I will have to part pay what is remaining . she told me that , it is not how it works .

so does it mean I have insurance but my claim will always be rejected because of the limit issue.

I hope someone from the insurance company will help me, or else I will close all my insurance covers that I have with FFW
