Poor Service with Misleading Information
I am extremely disappointed with the service received from 1st for Women regarding my vehicle claim.
My case was never treated with the urgency it deserved, despite the fact that my car was written off and I was relying on the payout process to move forward. Instead, I experienced delays, poor communication, and misleading information from the claims department.
I was specifically informed by Hajra Ismail from the claims department via email that payment had already been made and that the funds would reflect within 2–3 working days.
After waiting, no payment reflected. I then had to follow up myself with both the bank and the claims department, only to discover that no payment had actually been made at the time I was told it had been processed. The payment was only attended to after I escalated and followed up again a week later.
This entire experience caused unnecessary stress, delays, and financial inconvenience. Customers should not have to chase updates or verify information themselves, especially during a stressful situation like a vehicle write-off.
For a company that positions itself as caring and supportive towards women, I expected professionalism, urgency, transparency, and accountability. Unfortunately, my experience reflected the complete opposite. I do not recommend 1st for Women.
