Poor service when needed.

Sunday, 10th August 2025 I was in dire need of flat tyre assist and guardian angel services from 1st for women but to no avail. After countless, fruitless attempts to get the call agent who answered (Lihle) to get my location (provided my geolocation and even kilo board marker) yet still was unable to locate me. Eventually received help from a stranger and 1st for women's assist was a no show while I was stranded in the middle of nowhere with no internet connectivity. I'm definitely shopping around for another insurer after this.
