Poor service on claim

My car was in an accident and I reported the claim on the 2nd August. They came to tow the car and sent it in for assessments. It took them 3 weeks to get back to me with the results and they told me my claim was not approved because I hadn't paid my premiums which was a fault on their side. I disputed it and they said they've escalated it and would get back to me. Another week later, I am called and told it was a mistake on their side and they have reinstated the claim. They give me the details of where they've taken my car and I am told it will be repaired, this is now 28th Aug. Today, 3rd Sept, I call RenewIT Greenstone to find out the progress on my car and get told the insurance wrote it off. I call the insurance and get told the car is not written off and will be repaired. I get put through to the assessor who says he'll look into it and provide feedback. during all this confusion, my car has already been sent to wherever in Kempton park they take written off cars. They can't even tell me how long more I am going to be without a car. I am disgusted by the service I am receiving from FFW. It's been a whole month and I still don't know when I'll have my car back.
