POOR SERVICE NOT PAID FOR A CLAIM
I have tyre insurance with 1st for women that allows me to claim for 2 tyres a year. I put a claim through for 2 tyres in December and its not paid and no one is coming back to me with the feedback 3 months later .Todate I am paying for the service i am not getting and i am very frustrated, I have phoned, holding for hours and also send emails too .I need my money that i am insured with to be paid into my account as promised.

02 Mar 2023, 14:54I was contacted and I have listened to the recording that clearly states that you should pay for both tyres. After listening to this recording I realized that the reason why you guys where not resolving my issue, is because you know you need to pay both tyres. I have send you the email on Tuesday and till now no 1 has called or rep**** to my email. Please pay me as soon as possible as this matter has been open for 3month full now.Yor already taken the debit for the insurance i need you guys to follow through with the payment.
