poor service just to get a quote

I called first for woman to get a quote to see if they are better than my current insurance company. Everyone says - call FFW as they are good. The person seemed as if I was interrupting his lunch break - he went through the questions like a bat out of hell, and when I ask about something - he says its covered . I asked for the quote to be sent to me so I can compare apples with apples. TOld that their quotes are short and sweet. I received a 2 page quote - short and sweet it was. I emailed back and asked if I can get a detailed quote - I dont mind waiting for a day or so, and I dont want to change over if I cant see the details of exactly what I am getting. I got sent an email saying go on the website and find a generic one. Horrified, I did so, and cant find a generic quote - I emailed back to ask where do I click for a generic quote - still waiting. Why must I now run around doing FFW - I am sure as the consumer and the ACT, I am entitled to know exactly what I am getting before signing. I am sure FFW will probably still charge me a once off admin fee when signing up, I have to do the admin and research. Personalized quote my foot -generic is for all not personalised
