Poor service from first for women!

What poor service from first for women! I called in on Friday (28 Sept 2018) to cancel my policy because of their ridiculous additional excesses. The lady in the retention department got my details wrong even after telling her all my details and she even transferred me to their VAP department even though I don't have VAP policy with them! The VAP lady was just as surprised as me when she couldn't find a VAP policy under my name (I already told her I don't have a VAP with them!), and then went on to assure me that my policy had been cancelled, even after asking her several times to ensure that they cancelled the right policy because the lady in retention dept had the incorrect details. Just as suspected, they debited me! After calling them at least three times with no luck. Eventually I finally get my policy cancelled, I must be the one to retrieve my ****** money, even though it was their mistake in the first place. Such an inconvenience on my part, not to mention the consequence of their ***** up it has on my new insurance holder who couldn't collect their premium, all because first for women took it! Highly unprofessional services hey! Wow! Never again! Not looking out for women at all. If I could, I would give them a negative rating!
