Poor service from 1st for Women

I had a burglary on 6 August. 2 Doors were damaged by the ******s, 1 of which they gained entry. On reporting to 1st for Women I was told that I will not be covered for the damage to the doors but only for household contents. I was told that I will have feedback on the 11th which did not happen. I called on the 12 only to be told to send photos which I did. No acknowledgment of receipt was received and I kept following up but each time was told that the person in charge of my case will contact me. He only contacted me on the 17th again asking for photos, police statements and proof of purchase of the ****** goods. I informed him that I did not have proof of purchase and asked if an affidavit would suffice but still received no feedback. After running around for the police statements I emailed them to him on the 21st and still not acknowledgment. I call everyday to get feedback on the claim but till today I keep being told that he will contact me. I was told that the claim will lapse on 27th which is tomorrow and to date I have had no contact whatsoever from the contact person. I have spent hundreds of rands of airtime on calls trying to get progress to no avail. I am appalled by the service I am getting from 1st of Women!!
