Poor service

I had poor experience with this insurance company, their consultants are pushy and shout at customers. I am pulling out of this insurance. I did not even get help from them regarding my claim, instead was shouted by one of their consultants. Bad bad insuarance, they dont even follow proper consent from customers poor listening skills.
