Poor service

I write this review with so much disappointment that I have experienced with the way my claim was handled, my headlights got ****** I reported my case and proceeded to notify 1st for women regarding this on the 3rd of November 2025 , they told my they will start with they own investigation granted I understood that they are procedures that need to be followed a lady was assigned to my claim I had to email call the call centre daily only to be told they are still investigating the case the only time I got to speak to the lady assigned to my claim was when she wanted documents either than that she never rep**** nor called me regarding my claim ( Neo lekalakala) I had to call again for further feedback regarding whether or not my car is going to be fixed on the 19th of November 2025 I called again only then they tell me that they will fix it renew it greenstone will fix it they were waiting for the manager to sign 🤦🏾♀️ my car was eventually towed on the 21st of November 2025 today I get a call from renew it and they tell me that the Insurance have settled however most of the suppliers are closing and they are also closing on the 13th my car will resume being fixed in January 2025 when I call the insurance they say they are not a panel beating company yet if they had handled my case being that they cater for women and cater for women I believe my vehicle would be in the process of being fixed . I’m working throughout December and have no vehicle I thought I would have peace of mind taking an insurance who caters for woman but no one cared about me I had to constantly call to get feedback now I’m being told this will be escalated I wonder how long I will have to wait for my issue to be resolved
