Poor service

I am writing this with a still bleeding heart, I know this might not apply to everyone but my experience with 1st for women is the worst. I was involved in an accident on the 11th July (hit at the back), lodged a claim the same day, claim approved on the 05th August, Consultant only spoke to me twice before approval, send follow-ups through the app, no responses received, I was informed that my car was towed to Edenvale, even though my physical address was Pretoria, the car was only brought to PTA on the 11th August to Jock's Autobody who has some bad reviews, the car was there for 2 full months, when I got the car on the 14th October after back and forth with Jock's, the wheels were not aligned, when I called Jock's I was informed that my insurance did not pay for wheel alignment, I took the car for wheel alignment, I asked at Tyre works whether the car was involved in an accident, I confirmed and they said the car need to be aligned from the Panel beaters, they can do it for an additional cost of R1 100. I called my insurance to inform me about that it was on the 17th October, the Consultant promised to get back to me with 24 hours, to date I am still waiting for the outcome. The communication is non-existent, worse I agreed that they must take my premium on the 15th and they have been debiting my account on the 13th. Iyhooo I hate/loathe the day I made an agreement with this devil
