Poor Service

Insurance company is very good when you do not claim ,once you start claiming is the problem , they didn’t give me car hire since Friday but I was paying for it . They took my car and dump it and claim that they are accessing it. If you are their client please pull out.. so I wanted my car back to were they took it , dololo they were busy telling me that it is arranged while they are lying I had to collect it my self hire a tour truck with my own money. I have spent almost R300 airtime calling them asking them to release my car so that I can take car of it my self ..but they didn’t I have to cancel the policy and cancel the claim
