Poor service

I am very disappointed with service i received from recovers department .I called spoken to a consultant that I gave my I'd to and he put me to a lady with surname of Maluleke .the manner how she conducted her self was unprofessional.she pulled my mother policy .I was very disappointed.i request to speak to a team leader she told me she is not available .I wanted to discuss my accident that I have never had anything from claim why as a client I was do follow up for access money .I received a voice mail from a lady that her number was not clear Sarah. This happened in last week Saturday until today no call .I understand that Is covi19 but this is poor service
