Poor service delivery from.first for woman

I am extremely disappointed with the service received from first for woman..

It's been 2 weeks and my claim has been finalized however I do not know the outcome of my claim.. no one has contacted me highlitinh the outcome

I am very displeased with this service.

The time I entered in to this policy I was very pleased and always been assisted thoroughly and quickly.

Now I am.chatting on a app of which nobody is responding to me.

I am frustrated with this!!!

My tvs claim took 2 days now my handbag is taking so long that I feel first for woman is trying to fool.me with their great services in the beginning of my policy..
