POOR SERVICE DELIVERY
Cancelled my insurance in March after a hustle to actually get through. They kept putting me on hold because the person that was supposed to process my cancellation was busy. Called in for three consecutive days because they never got back to me as promised. Which makes me wonder what would have happened had I been in an accident or required their 'Guardian Angel'
Come month end April and my account was still debited. Called again to process my refund. I received an email informing me about the cancellation but dololo my money. Its been 7 days now and I am still waiting for them to get back to me.
I'm extremely disappointed and mad at their servicea because not even once did I skip any of their payments.
