Poor service - Courtesy car not provided during an accident

Horrible service from 1st for women. My sister in law was involved in an accident from 08:00 today (06/04/2023). She reported the accident and requested the courtesy car as her car was not drivable. 7 hours later courtesy was not provided, she is still stuck at Bapsfontein Police Station with her 7 year old son.

What a horrible service from 1st for women. The tow truck driver offered to tow my sister in law with her family back to her house with the broken car because of this horrible and unprofessional service.
