Poor service

The service I received from this insurance since submitting a claim on the app is the worst ever, I submitted the claim on the 25th of July, never received communication till I made a follow up a week later, that's when the car was now towed to the panel beater, no communication again after that till I made a follow up again with the panel beater and they were still waiting authorization. Made another follow up today with 1st for women call center which took me from agent to agent just to get update if panel beater has received authorization yet ,because still I have not received communication from 1st for women till I made a follow up again today and they the panel beater still need to assess the car according to the assessment
