Poor Service & Bridge of Promise

Today my car was broken into. I contact ffw to inform them & that the police are on the way. First, my call was transferred to another agent since the one who answered couldn't assist. The other agent asked if the car was driveable, I said I think so since its the windscreen that's broken. She said "in thata case then, you have to drive your car to the police station as we can't help you as an insurance company. Tomorrow at 09h00 phone the claims department & they'll be able to assist." I asked "how? There's glass all over the car & how will I keep the car without windows? What if a storm starts?" She said there's nothing they can do to assist. They would only be able to assist if the car was undriveable. I am so hurt & disappointed at this service as the company claims to be the best in helping women. I pay more than a R1000 each month for their services then this is the service I receive. To experience a ******** activity like my car being vandalised & I stl have to cry about my insurance that I pay but refuses to assist me & come to my rescue in time of need. I am disappointed & even embarrassed to be a member of this insulting company. When I joined, I was promised assistance whenever I'm in need of their assistance but they failed to assist. After having experienced such an awful crime then I have to deal with this betrayal from FFW. This is indeed really a bridge of promise. I'm sad to even be associated with FFW. Maybe a first for men would do better.
