poor service

on 27/11/2019 I called to review and make changes on policy . on the 18/12/2019 i wanted to add my daughter cell phone .i was surprised when i checked the letter that was send on the 17/11/2019 that my other cellphone has been removed .i then called to add both but did not agree with the increased amount , The letter that was send on 27/11/2019 states that including cellphone was R462 . but when i added my daughter it was 600
