Poor service at first for insurance

I am the third party to an accident. The man that knocked me is insured with first for women. I called in for help with doing my part in the claim. My call was recieved by a very rude women who was very unhelpful. She remained this way the entire conversation. Pathetic service considering I'm not even insured with this company. I will never recommend it nor would I sign on with them. After being in an accident that's not the how you would to be treated......
