Poor service at 1st for women with high premiums

I had an accident on the 25 September 2022, my car had to be taken by a tow truck because we couldn't drive it. Firstly 1st for women said I must organise a car for myself that will take me home. Now they are supposed to give me a courtesy car but my license expired and I asked them to book the car under my partener. It's been 8 days since I have been waiting they didn't give me the car.

Hayley Oppel was the one dealing with my claim but she doesn't even respond to my emails. I tried to ask for a call from their app but they never called. And I have been calling and about 4 operators they said the amendments are done but when I called Europ car hire they said they haven't send anything. The operators names are Tumelo, Nosipho, Simphiwe i just forgot the last one.
