Poor service and unprofessional staff

am extremely disappointed with the service I received from First for Women during my claim process. The staff member in charge,gonumre, was consistently rude and unprofessional.

Throughout the process, I was given false and misleading information multiple times in what appears to be an attempt to prevent my claim from being successful. Initially, I was told that the plastic part that needed attention was broken and could not be repaired. Once it was established that it could be repaired (it was just scratches), I was then told it was rubber — when in fact, it is plastic.

They have continued to provide back-and-forth and incorrect information, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. On top of this, the attitude and behavior of gonumre during all interactions were unacceptable.

As a paying client, I expect to be treated with respect and provided with accurate information, neither of which happened in this case. I cannot recommend their services based on my experience.
