poor service and no call back from consultant
FFW Insurance claims to be the best and assist you asap, I called in yesterday the 5/12 to log a claim the consultant said the line is bad he will call me back, till today no call back, what disgusting service and shows they dnt actually give a **** about here clients once they get the business, very poor service and I will move from them to another insurer.
