Poor Service

My daughter’s car was involved in an accident on 28/02/2020, and towed away. The damage has apparently been assessed, but no assessor’s report received. Upon enquiring as to when the vehicle will be repaired, the vehicle apparently CANNOT BE LOCATED at either the assessment yard or the assigned panel beaters. This is being followed up daily by my daughter, but nobody gets back to her with a resolution. Do we now report the vehicle as ******? This is very poor and disappointing (non-existent) customer service. Please advise on what should be done? Or what needs to be done in order to start the process of FINDING THE CAR and getting the car fixed? Three weeks without constructive communication is unacceptable. Would not recommend this company at all, on the grounds of total incompetence.

Dear 1st for Women Team.
Thank you for your replies, for taking note of the concerns raised, and for making an effort to prevent further service failures.
The vehicle was flagged for collection from the panel beater yesterday, but upon inspection a quality inspection had not been done and the repairs were incomplete, but that now becomes a separate issue.
