Poor service

I had the worse experience ever with the 1st for woman Team leader! she does not understand customer service or going an extra mile for a client what so ever! I have been with 1st for woman for 6months if I'm not mistaken, On Saturday, I called to cancel a a policy because a competitor had a better offer, but after much consideration I decided to reinstate my policy. I tried doinf so on Saturday, left a message to for the consultant that was helping me to call me back but didnt, I assume she knocked off at 12. So this morning i decided to call 1st for women and reinstate my policy. The gentleman Idina ( Im sorry if Im spelling it wrong) helped but then advised that I will need to sent my current vehicle photos. I explained to him that I broke a bone and dislocated my ankle I just had a surgery so Im unable to take photo as I can not walk and my car is parked downstairs. He then refered me to his manager Shanell Naidoo. This lady does not know anything about customer service as she was not able to try and find a way to assist me. Suggesting that i need to send photos in 48hours. Like I'm must fly down stairs?????? 1st for women can not help clients in my condition because i said to her she can use my previous photos and the recording line. I even offered to send my medical report to show that I'm not being difficult. Customer service is not just black and white, you have to be flexible to find ways to help your client especially because i did state that I do not have anyone else in the house that can take those photos for me.... Luckily a gentleman in retentions Khayise Nwagu was able to assist and advised that I do not need to send the photos. This lady was just ridiculous!
