POOR SERVICE
I have been with 1st for women since 2018. I traded in my car a few days ago and had to get the new one covered asap. My debit order of R 674.64 for old car went off on the 31st Aug 2022. I received new car on the 9th of Sep 2022 . They quoted me R 660.50 for new car. Told me that I must pay in an amount of R 198.52 i wanted to know what this is for. I've been calling and speaking to agents since the 10th Sept 2022, no one can give me and answer or come back to me as to why I must still pay in money in order to be covered. On Monday 12th guess what debit order goes off and I dispute it becaause according to me the matter has not been resolved. On Tuesday 13th I request a call back again. Again I'm being told its being escalated and they will get back to me. Today the 15th still no feedback, i'm getting emails and sms's that due to NON payment i'm not covered. BUT YOU HAVE AN AMOUNT OF R 674.64 THAT WAS PAID IN ADVANCE FOR SEPT !!!!! HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO EXPLAIN YOURSELF!!!
We are disappointed to hear about your service experience.
We have escalated your matter to the relevant team to look into. They will be in contact with you.
Kind Regards,
The First for Women Team
