Poor service

I have been the insurance company for years but the service from 5 years ago has changed.i added a second car under my current cover .I was given a discount for a month I paid the discount premium .I was shock after a month it increased .I then spoken to Trevor that told me .he cannot amend it.why was I given a reduced amount and then the second month the premium increase .I am not happy
