Poor service!!!!!!!!

First for women insurance decided to deduct their money today whereas we have agreed for the 15th of every month. Now my question is, why would you just wake up and decide to deduct your money on a wrong date? Who has money in his or her bank account waiting for an *********** insurance company to deduct? I am so annoyed! Now I am not sure if they will deduct again tomorrow. Such an unnecessary inconvenience!
