Poor service

After writing a review about first for women almost a week ago, they gave me a call on Tuesday afternoon and they promised to get back to me within the end of business hours of the following day. It's been 3days today and I'm still waiting for that feedback. I still don't know what is happening with my car and if their panel beater will be able to fix my airbags and the car itself. I am still battling to get to work at 6am in the morning using public transport and bear the risks of walking in the dark as a woman insured with "first for women " regardless of everything I am still expected to pay my access fee of R12500 and I believe that I'm expected to pay my monthly premium of R1780 by the 25th of this month. I feel not valued as a client and I'm starting to doubt their services altogether
