Poor service

I cancelled my insurance with 1st for women and they only cancelled the main insurance cover on the policy not the value added policy debit order with falls under the same policy number. Another deduction went off even after I have the confirmation letter of cancelation and everything. I struggled for 2 months to get responses from them to cancelled and now it's not even done properly!!
