poor service
<p>I reported that I had been involved in a car accident on 25th November and my car was towed to a panel beater. I have given FFW all the info they need and today when I asked if they had sent an assessor to assess the damage no one there seems to know. Its really bad that I have to keep calling to get updates and nothing has been done. I currently have a courtesy car valid for 2 weeks nd no one at those call centres seems to see the urgency of getting my car fixed. I need to know how far you are with my claim. Please attend to my issue as I pay my premiums monthly without hesitation. I need feedback. </p>
