Poor Service
<p>I've been using First for Women for two years without claiming. Had breakdown for the first time in two years and called to be towed. Told a driver will be in the viccinity in an hour but I'm still waiting.</p> <p> </p> <p>Almost 3 hours now and no tow truck. If I was in an unsafe environment I obviously would have been dead by now!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Highly disappointed!!!</p>

No this is completely unacceptable. Four different people called me, gave them my address and details and they still call confirming the wrong address!!!!
This is unbelievable!!! I've never received such bad service in my entire life. The driver who is calling me doesn't even listen to the instructions and yet I'm paying such a high premium. All of the consultants kept putting me on hold and telling me the same story. This post can't even describe my disappointment in First for Women.
