Poor service
We submitted a warranty claim, they said the claim was finalised yet they are waiting for an invoice that must be submitted. You can only get one from the dealerships once work has been done on the vehicle, called numerous times and spoke to several agents but the lines are so bad you can’t make out a word they are saying. The service sucks

Your agents are not helpful and are not responsive. They keep on putting me on hold for several minutes, then say the will transfer me to the next available agent. I mean what **** is that
