Poor Service

<p>I have been with First for Women for a while now, and i still do not get a reply, for items that was damaged in my house for a fload. they took that stuff, i only received two things back and the rest they have kept and i have never heard anyting about it. I have been promised they will get back to me, its been since March 2016, That is theft. I have been emailing and emilaing them and no reply. where is the service this is a big company. I don't know what to do anymore but to spread the word out there, this is not the company to be with, and they take your money out of your account every month. We have to pay and then nothing happens when you need help. Where is my stuff and the money for it. </p>
