Poor service

I had an issue with a claim, but that I can forgive, what seriously annoyed me is the attitude of Leanne Fredericks from the claims department. Takes absolutely NO accountability whatsoever, does not care and clearly does not need the job.

She constantly tells me about them(what they should have done) like she is not part of the company has nothing to do with anything. Her attitude really sucks.
