Poor service

I’ve lodged a claim more than 2 weeks ago and still haven’t got my vehicle repaired.the service is poor .my car was damaged by a pothole ,the mag wheel tyre and some suspension repairs needed to be done there were no scratches or body damageby the assessment given to me by Bmw when my car was towed there by bmw.FFW took my car from Bmw to there as*****t Centre as they don’t send assessor out my car was assessed that the mag wheel and tyre will be repaired and now my bumper needs to be repaired when it had no scratches.till now I’m still waiting for FFW to get back to regarding my car and when it will be repaired.Very poor poor service.
