poor service

i was involved in car accident on the 29th of December and the claim was registered after 10day today was shock again with a poor service from the panel beater . The car was not at panel beater was told that they are waiting for insurance to approved .I thought that they where busy since last week monday when it was approved .I then complained that i need a car cannot wait other 15day .I was granted only 3day .For the years I have been with the insurance i am not happy with service .
