Poor service

Lerato Molebatsi is the biggest looser i have ever come across, I have a pending claim which he does not bother to update me or keep in-touch with the developments unless i follow up. Him and her manager Danielle are just useless and have zero care for clients. I am disappointed on the poor service that this two clowns provide.
