POOR SERVICE

Dear FFW I took up insurance with you almost a year ago, I was told I was covered for everything, yesterday when I was in an emergency and tried to make contact with you via my app and the app tells me I am not covered for that I nearly had a heart attack. I was stuck in the middle of nowhere and had no one to call. When I took up the insurance I was told I would be covered for the emergency I had. PLEASE NOTE I WILL BE CANCELLING MY INSURANCE WITH YOU!
