POOR SERVICE 1ST FOR WOMEN
I tried to call First for women over 8 times to get a quote for Legal cover plans. They kept putting me through the switch board which took ages to answer (over 10min no answer). I asked for them to call me back and they promised within minutes, however no calls. It has been 2 days trying and I'm fed up with the service. Imagine if I had an urgent legal matter to discuss, how long would I have to wait.
