Poor service 1st for Women

My son, was on 15 October 2015 involved in a car accident, but he was not at fault. The driver of the other car immediately admitted that she was guilty and gave all her details to him and both reported it to the police station. The driver is insured with First for Women.
My son needs his car for work and is loosing money at the moment. He phoned many times to hear what is happening with the car, but struggle to get an answer. The answer is every time: that we will be phoned back, which is not happening.
I phoned on Friday, 6 November, to find out what is going on. First I was informed that we owe money for storage space, but then the lady, said no it is not necessary, it is covered. Then she said she will phone me back, which she did not do. Monday, 9 November, I phoned again. This time I spoke to a man , who said he will investigate and send me an email to inform me what is happening with the car. Again nothing happened.
I was phoned back today just to give them exactly the same information than all the previous days. I stil dont know what is happening with the car. It is nearly a month since the accident happened and there is no feedback about the car.
