POOR SERVICE

I was involved in a car accident in May. I reported it and was told that I need to take the car to an assessment centre as it was still drive-able. I took it in the beginning of June and received no feedback from anyone in the claims department for months. I called back in September to enquire why they were taking so long to repair my car and was told that it was within the excess amount. I complained that firstly nobody had contacted me since I logged a claim and that the private quote that I received was much more than my excess. The employee that I spoke to told me to forward the quote to them which I did and still received no feedback even after voicing my disgust at the service received.It is now November and nobody has still called me to give me feedback. <br> <br> This is not my first problem with the service. In 2012 I was involved in a car accident and it took them over 3 months to fix my car. Maybe this is acceptable to some people but definitely not to me.<br> <br> I would never recommend anyone to move their car insurance to First for Women as their service is absolutely disgusting. I don't see why I need to pay my insurance premium when my car cannot be repaired when I need it.
