Poor service

I am very displeased with 1st for women. I wanted to change insurance and liked what FFW was offering me. I wanted to switch but I did not have the time to do the inspection as I just started a new job and cancelled the insurance, thinking I can reapply in the future (I will not go with FFW ever again). I cancelled the policy and the person on the line said my policy is cancelled but someone will still be in contact with me. Yesterday there was a deduction from my bank for the insurance even though I did cancel.
