Poor service

Last year December I bought my son a school tablet and called to insurance it with first for want . please listen to the call 2020.I was told it will be add under moveable items .last week I logged a claim and I was told that under my house it will not be covered .the call got cut off and was not called again .On the business side my route got lightning damage and salon tape until today nobody called me .
