Poor Service

Hi,<br> <br> I have been told since last week that someone will be in touch before the end of business for the last 4 days but I have not received a call regarding the outcome of a claim I made. <br> <br> I called this morning and Justin told me he will get someone to call me in 5 minutes, its now been 1h and 35 mins since that call. <br> <br> I have tried calling again and was told Justin is not available but they will get him to call back after I asked whats the hold up.
