Poor Service
The service I am getting is very poor, week after week is empty promises from the lady who is handling my case. The panel beater wants to charge me for storage, because my car has been sitting the for 3 weeks no one is communicating with them. I am emotionally drained dealing with this insurance, I do not know how to deal with this matter.
